Principal Responsibilities

The Software Development Lead is responsible for the design and development of Sensitech's software architecture and shares Sensitech's commitment to producing quality products. Responsible for driving continuous improvement in engineering practices. Actively contributes to product and business strategy and mentors junior team members. Must have extensive hands-on experience leading local and offshore software development teams and driving projects from start to completion. Along with proven architectural, design and coding skills, must clearly interact with other departments and groups across the company.

Essential Knowledge & Skills

BS in CS, EE or other technical degree. 3+ years experience in a technical lead role. 5+ years of overall Software development experience, focusing on Custom Development, Business Intelligence, and Enterprise Application Integration. Experience with N-Tier Development, .NET framework, Smart Client Technology, Web Services, ASP.NET, C#, Microsoft Reporting Services and Microsoft Biztalk Server. Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical designs. Demonstrated experience shipping multiple 6+ month major releases of a product. MS Certification is strongly desired.
