If you need to return materials to Sensitech for any reason, contact our Technical Services or Client Services departments at 800-843-8367 to obtain an RMA number. Once you have this number complete the RMA Request Form. Be sure to include a copy of the completed form with your instrument(s) inside your return package. This will allow us to process your return promptly and correctly.
