This is a supplemental tool and not meant to replace current bulk returns programs.

Guidelines to use the take-back portal

Our Self Service Prepaid Return Label option is intended for Sensitech time/temperature data collection instruments for renewal and reuse purposes only. Dangerous Goods devices (TempTale Geo LTE Extended, TempTale Eagle 2G Extended, TempTale Geo Ultra Extended & TempTale Geo Ultra Dry Ice Extended) are not eligible for return.

Below please find additional guidance before using generating a label.

• Put your PO# on the label. If you do not have a PO#, please put NA on the label
  • If you are unsure, please email Client Services.
• Minimum quantity required for collection is 20 devices.
• Please do not use this service if you intend to send monitors back to Sensitech for below purposes:
  • Technical Support and troubleshoot
  • Post Calibration testing
  • Monitor Downloads
  • RMA (Example: unused monitors return, monitor exchange, etc.)
