Sensitech’s electronic TempTale temperature monitors are the most dependable and accurate in the industry. Each day, more than 7,500 TempTale devices arrive at distribution centers, ports, processing facilities and foodservice establishments worldwide, monitoring the condition of perishable products. Our family of monitors includes devices that measure temperature in dry ice conditions to high humidity environments, and everything in between. Best of all, they give you instant access to critical time and temperature data, so you can make quick decisions on the fly. Accessories to our hardware include our TripStrip Printer & USB Interface Plus.

Our line of Ryan strip chart recorders provides a permanent record of temperature fluctuations during the cold chain, so you can quickly determine which area of the process threatened the quality of your perishables. These analog recorders, which have been around for more than 80 years, are highly accurate and easy to use. Like the temperature monitors, they’re with you every step of the way. TT Manager Desktop is our software option for downloading data.

When you have small shipments to send, opt for a TagAlert temperature indicator. These compact, affordable and easy-to-use indicators are fully featured and, like all Sensitech temperature products, meet NIST’s traceable standards for quality assurance.

Sensitech has developed a food safety management system for use in a variety of restaurant and foodservice applications. The QuickCheck handheld unit collects data samples of temperature-critical control points during food processing, storage and shipment, while its customizable software, QuickCheck Manager, facilitates easy documentation, record keeping and verification of data.
