When requesting this information, we will ask you to use the TempTale Manager Desktop software application to give us contact information, such as your name, company name, company address, phone number, and e-mail address, and computer software information, such as operating system type, operating system version and operating system language. We may also ask you for additional information such as application type and relevant industry. SENSITECH may also collect other identifiable information about you when you communicate with us for support and billing, send us e-mails, respond to our surveys or e-mails, register for information, or obtain our services.

SENSITECH uses this information to provide you with enhanced levels of technical support and to alert you to product updates, special offers, promotions and updated information regarding new services or programs available from SENSITECH. This information also helps SENSITECH create and publish Website content most relevant to you.

The information we collect is not disclosed to anyone except SENSITECH personnel who need the information for customer service purposes, such as responding to a request for assistance or information. We will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information without first obtaining your consent, except when required by law.

SENSITECH may from time to time share aggregate (non-personally identifiable) information (for example, the number of customers in a specific industry) for internal and external marketing purposes.
