The DC-to-Store (Outbound) Solution

The information on this page was designed to provide guidance on the process for installation of SensiWatch® Gateway and Remote Sensor devices used in DC-to-Store (outbound) programs on SensiWatch Platform. Below is a high-level overview of the installation process. Please refer to the installation guide and tutorial videos on this page to learn more about how to complete each step.

1. Prepare for Installation (pdf, tutorial video)

  • Confirm receipt of items needed to complete the installation
  • Scan and assign devices in SensiWatch Platform App
  • Start devices
  • Verify devices are communicating with Sensitech Platform

2. Install SensiWatch Gateway

  • On Refrigeration Unit
    1. New: Installation of the SensiWatch Gateway in the Protective Box (pdf, tutorial video)
    2. Existing: Replacement of the SensiWatch Gateway Device in the Protective Box (pdf, tutorial video)
  • On Box Truck (pdf)

3. Install SensiWatch Remote Sensors (pdf, tutorial video)
